Good drawings make for good communication. My current drawing program (3D Home Architect 3.0) does not do decks or porch railings. Since I have two customers talking about these projects, I am in need of a simple software package to create the drawings for them. Thanks for the ideas.
Skim-coating with joint compound covers texture, renews old drywall and plaster, and leaves smooth surfaces ready to paint.
