Here's the air hose. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-url/store-name=hi&index=universal&search-type=ss&field-manubrand=PUR-Hose/104-6635126-5951165 You can also get it at good local tool suppliers, western tool, etc. Most is the flex eel brand air hose.
For a framing gun, do a search but it depends on what your needs/wants are. Cordless go with a paslode, if you want a air powered I would go with Hitachi NR83A or Makita AN922 for a stick nailer, each is available in a coil framer too. If your worried about $$ then look for a new or used on ebay.
Are you looking for hidden fastening systems? Or just the lowest cost fastening system?
hidden fastening systems
In addition to EB-ty fasteners, there are metal tracks that attach to the joist. you screw up through them into the bottom of your boards Shadoe Track and Deck Master are two brands. I prefer Deck Master, the metal is a little more beefy that the ShadoeTrack . They're not cheap! No hidden fastening system is going to be a cheap solution.
If you've got the room to manuever, you could screw up through the joist at an angle into the deck board. Alternate sides on the joists.
Don't use nails, not even spiral shanks. I know using a gun is faster and cheaper than screwing your boards but the nails will pull out.
Why did you run your joists 12"oc? That seems like overbuilding for no real gain. I know you're using 5/4 boards but what type of wood?
Is your deck elevated or ground level?

We used DekMaster fasteners on our first deck that we built at our cabin about 10 years ago. It is beautiful - no screws or nails on the top surface. Plus, no rot or bad areas, no pop-ups. The Deckmaster system also holds the boards down to the joists very nicely. When you're screwing them in from the bottom, you can just feel the board being pulled in tight - very nice. There were two main problems excepting the expense, of course. One, is it takes longer to screw the boards in from below. Second, my husband had to take verbal abuse from the neighbor for wasting time and money on such a STUPID system. He didn't much care, because he thought it was worth it.
Right now, ordering from the company, Deckmaster is about $.75 cents a square foot for the deck, but that includes all the screws for both the system and the fasteners to the deck.
We're building another deck sometime this summer, except this one is a large one, and my husband was adamant that we have the same fastening system - he loves the way it looks even if it takes longer. The store where you can "save big money" has a look-alike system that is a lot cheaper, but I haven't checked it out.
