Damn the weatherman!!!! Any body know how to get water spots out of a newly sealed deck. I used Behr NWF waterproofing on a new cedar deck with a good forecast….well it rained overnight before the product had a chance to fully cure. Is there any way to reseal or condition the wood with some type of oils to cover the appearance of waterspots.I think if I stripped it, it would look even worse by the time I finished.

Let it weather out. The stuff doesn't last forever and you'll need to recoat it in 6-12 months anyhow. Doesn't vinegar take watermarks off of furniture?

Hey Pete,
I hear vinegar is really good for removing grout spots.
