Delta Bench Jointer

Last year I received, as a gift, a Delta Bench Jointer (portable).
I was very excited to receive this but right out the box the tables
are wonky. I need to send it back and either have this one fixed or get a knew one. Does anyone know about Delta’s service and turn around time?

Oh yeah, it was purchased on Amazon.
