personally, I'd feel too much like a walking billboard walking around the job site with big DeWalt labels all over my pouches. just seems like a job site joke just waiting to fly.
*I agree, I'll stick with my leather belt and bags. After awhile it's just second nature where every thing is and once they wear out and you get a new bag , everything is still where it was.
*Been doing this for years, love the tools, the bags are well designed, comfortable, and everything you could possibly need to carry will fit.
*Still breaking in my two year old Occidental Leather's. They don't get daily use as I usually work out of a bag or bucket.....but they are appreciated when climbing up a ladder.....'specially in cold/bad weather. The inside tool pockets are fantastic....and there's a place for everything you'd want. Jeff
*I myself wear Occidental Leather Barrel Bags, however, a guy on my crew has the ballistic nylon DeWalt bags and likes them. I could never wear them because of the hammer hoop location. I have to have a steel hammer hoop located on one of bottom corners of the right side bag. The De Walt bags come with a steel hoop which hangs off the belt itself...too high for me. If this doesn't bother you they seem to be wearing very well on my buddy. Holding up great and reasonably priced for bags that withstand daily use.
*i have a dewalt bag, it's the most looked after item in my tool chest. after all the torture i put it through, it's not even wore in yet, after a season's work. the bag is very comfortable. the bags themselves are constantly open and large, it's light but i'm adding braces because i fill the ample bags to the brim ( and rearly loose nails). i'm coming from a history of the standard leather bag's, terrible yokes!! i went through all the brands and types, then bought the best buy for a long time, it's a bit of a gem.
