does anyone know where to get a diamond stone like the one tucker windover uses in his video on sharpening chisels with a belt sander? it has flurescent green ends. he also uses a strapening block.

They make a broad variety of different diamond sharpening tools. I'm not sure if they made the one you are interested in, but if they didn't they will have something comparable.
i took a magnifiying glass and looked at the picture in the article. its called an eze-lap stone. made by the eze-lap company in carson city nevada. they have a 2 x6 and a 3x8 stone. that has 400 grit on one side and 1200 grit on the other. thanks for your help.
