The "best" way would probably be brass inserts epoxied into
the granite in the appropriate place for those useless
bendable metal tabs the mfrs. supply. That's what all the
directions say anyway.
Align the DW to the adjoining cabs just right with the leg
levelers after the plumber and lectrician have quit ruining
them. Lower the top edge by the front legs about 3/8".
Squeeze a small bead of clear silicone caulk on the top of
the DW then screw the legs up to make the seal. Put a sign
on the handle of the DW saying "do not open for 24 hours."
Time and date it and you're done. The seal can be broken
with a putty knife but does a great job of steadying those
wobbly wet ones.

I don't get it...why would you attach DW directly to granite? You should have 1 1/2" of wood to attach to, cabinet top (3/4") and subtop for granite support (3/4"). Is your granite spanning the distance over the DW? Not a good idea. Also, it is advisable to seal the underside of cabinet above dw well to prevent moisture getting into underside of granite slab.

I suppose you could span some 1x between the adjacent cabinets and attach the DW to it.
