Ready to adhere polystyrene to the basement concrete walls to prevent air from contacting the concrete – I’ll then secure the 2×4’s over the polystyrene. Does it matter which side I adhere to the concrete? Since I’m doing this to prevent / minimize moisture I thought the shiny side should go to the concrete.
