Are you looking for a jig for the hinge mortises. Porter cable has a nice jig that will do all three hinges. Works very well.
YES that is what i am looking for a hinge moritser
Also Carey and Bosch.http://www.amazon.com/Bosch-83038-Deluxe-Hinge-Template/dp/B0000224KWhttp://www.careytemplate.com/product.htm.
.
A-holes. Hey every group has to have one. And I have been elected to be the one. I should make that my tagline.
Here's a link to the one I have. Works well. I made all maple jambs in my house and hg all the doors using this template. No complaints at all. It was well worth the price. I don't have any idea how it compares to the bosch or any other for that matter. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000224KV/ref=pd_cp_hi_title/104-5593735-4038354?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-41&pf_rd_r=0KVWRFE8WTSJV2WN60R1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_p=277661601&pf_rd_i=B0000224KW

Also may be on Amazon from any number of companies, or even reconditioned from Porter Cable
The best method for me is a 1x4 template and the right router bit
I used the Porter Cable breifly, then walked out to the truck and got my good old Bosch. Get the one with the heavier pins. When I was finishing houses I milled 15 -20 doors a week for 5 years, maybe 4000 doors. I toasted a couple of routers, but he Bosch jig is still good as new.

I bought the Porter Cable Door Hinge Template #59370. It's some sort of plastic, and the heat of the bearing on the router bit ate into the edge of the template on the second door. A little less pressure and a little more speed would probably have avoided this, but I would not recommend the product.
I currently use one that I picked up at Sears. This one requires that you use an insert on the router, but it's metal and won't melt. With this one, you have to be careful to not allow the router to tip; that will ruin the cut.
If you're going to do a lot of doors, best pick up one of the ones that does all three hinges.
