Darrell, In a hotel I saw a clear glass wall/screen in the form of a J if viewed from above. The walls and floor were tiled with a slight slope to floor drain. The curved glass was quite thick, perhaps 1/2″ or so and fairly stable. Memory is a little foggy on the dimensions of the shower, perhaps 3′ by 5′. The design could have easily accomodated a wheelchair as no lip existed if dimensions were expanded.

If you want a shower with no door, does anyone know how big it should be and where the opening should be so that the splash doesn't go out into the room? Thanks DH
*Check out FH issues #79, page62 and #102, page74. Hope this helps.
*I hope you didn't just cite those from memory!Wish FH would do a CD-ROM, it would be so much easier for "I saw something on that somewhere" people like me. And I could bring up your cite in seconds rather than maybe going to the library to find out someone stole the back issue.

*Joe, Thanks. That picture is just what i was looking for. Most model homes I see with an open shower have a huge luxury walk-in but I'm basically looking for the minimum practical size. DH

*Wish my memory was that good, but it was just that I had an interest in that subject also for future reference, still had to go to the indexes to find it. Hey FH how about a comprehensive index so you don't have to go through all the year end ones ever time you want to look up something! Even better is Andrew's CD-Rom idea. JLC did that, and it is great. FH,anyone listening?
