Greetings all,
I’m a long time lurker here. Thanks to you all for this site, it’s the best. I owe you all alot for my education in this crazy business.
I operate a small framing & carpentry company just headed into it’s sixth month. (What a ride it’s been.) Anyhoo, you can imagine I ain’t made of money and one of my Powermaster Plus nailers is on the fritz.I’d send it away to get fixed but no one here abouts has loaners and I can’t be without it.
The Problem, the thing has taken to firing two nails at once on quite a regular basis. Not double firing in the normal sense, but two nails in one cycle. Seems to happen when it is starting on a new stick. The gun jumps pretty good when this happens causing skin to be peeled off if you are in a tight spot when this happens. I’ve had it apart but couldn’t tell what was causing this.
Anyway, has this happen to any of you Paslode usin’ gents? I would really appreciate any experiences and/or fixes.
Thanks,
David
