Need Info on What I call a ” Butler’s ” Door. It’s a Double Swing Door Between Dinning Room and Pantry. Looking for a Manaufactor of HINDGE Device, no I.D. on Floor Plate. The Hindges I’ve been seeing OnLine are Nothing Like Unit on Site. These are NOT Standard “Spring Pivot” Hindges that are installed on this Door. Any Tradesman that could Lead me the Right Direction As to Web Site/ Manufactuer of Such your Help Will be Much Apprecated. Thanks, Mick

You may be looking for Bomber hinges. Try a search.They are heavy duty hinges that swing both ways.

Are you talking about the floor mounted styles? They are often used in commercial kitchens. I remember having to cut down a butlers door on a turn of the century mansion. It took half a day to mortice in the contraption. Haven't seen one like it since.
