   *Tom,

   Cast-iron is pretty easy to drill through. The problem you may have is the finish on the sink itself. I would use two hole-saws, one with an industrial diamond coating to drill through the finish and one high speed steel to drill the cast-iron. I would drill both at a slow speed.

   *i What's the best way without damaging the sink? Drill through the countertop and put it beside the sink. Unless the InstaHot needs 'raising' over the cast iron lip.Jeff

   Is it possible to drill through a cast iron sink? I want to add a insta hot to my kitchen sink and need another hole. What's the best way without damaging the sink?
