I have just finished installing 25 new Marvin DH windows, with nailing flanges, and am preparing to trim them out. (BTW) this is my own house and I am not a building professional – by trade any way.) As I ponder drip cap, I am wondering do I install it above the window itself or above the top piece of trim… or both? The windows have an integrated drip cap but it is rather short. Siding wil be Hardie claps.
