Morning all,
Hoping for some guidance…
I looking at a framed/drywall detail where an inside and an outside corner are very close together… the shared ‘leg’ of the corners is only 2″ long. Is this too short to allow effective mudding/taping?
I won’t be mudding/taping myself, but I gather the outside-corner bead (metal or otherwise) will overlap with the inside-corner tape.
Any and all help is appreciated.

Shouldn't be a problem for anybody that knows what theyre doing. I like to tape over the seam of corner bead anyways. Stop the finish from possible cracking.
Certainly you can purchase inside and outside corner bead. A taper should gave no problem either way, using tape or inside corner bead.
