I have two apartments in a complex that need drywalled. They are already stripped. What can i expect to budget? Nothing out of the ordanary, 1/2″ walls, 5/8″ ceiling. No angles. No textures. Job is in Central NJ on the shore.

yip, maine says $25-30 sheet, hang, tape, and finish.
But its going to take us 2 days and 22 opinions to figure out how much to paint it.

I'm in Central NJ and would charge ballpark of $1.10 per square foot on wood framing which includes labor and material and you clean up the debris. $1.25 if the framing is steel. Includes a touch up after prime paint coat and trim installation. Still would have to see the job first for the final price.
