Drywall in an unheated sunroom?
I’m building an unheated sunroom addition. The roof is triple wall polycarbonate and the walls are 2×6 framed and mostly window. My intention had been to insulate and drywall, but as the mornings get chillier (I live in Portland, OR) I’m having second thoughts about condensation and the M word (yes, mold). Is insulating an unheated space stupid? And is drywall in there a no-no?

have drywall in an unheated garage, dont think there is much difference other that the garage only get sunlight when the garage door is open.
