ANyone have experience building with Durisol blocks. I’m contemplating building a 1400 sq ft home out of them and would be interested in hearing from anyone who has used them for residential construction.

Any sort of block that then has an infill of insulation is a poor compromise. Obviously the manufacturers recognise it has poor insulation qualities, or they wouldn't bother putting the infill in! But it still leaves all the areas around the infill conducting heat loss as before, completely unaffected. Half the wall is cold bridges. So when you are working out what this block achieves for you, don't over-rate that 'insulation'. If you are serious about saving energy you will still need good insulation layers somewhere.
