I’ve recently had a small leak in the corner of my eave’s. Last year I put some caulking on the seam that the Home Depot guy suggested I use. Through the winter, the caulking simply peeled off with the snow, and during the spring thaw, it dripped down to the ground causing a small piece of parge connecting to my garage to break off and expose the block. Can someone suggest a really GOOD type of caulking I can put on the corner to stop this pesky leak for this winter?
Thanks!

Even a great caulking won't stay there forever with water getting in from behind. Can you just fix the cause of the leak? I can't quite picture what you have going on--maybe a picture would help?
Water's getting inside. You have to stop that or it will rot out the eaves. Simply caulking the spot where the water exits just holds the water in and causes even more rot.
If the water is getting in from behind, then as the others said, gotta fix the source.
If it's just a spot that gets a lot of driving rain, and it gets into a seam and thats what causes the caulk to fail, I've always had good luck with Phenoseal. Finger it with a wet finger, don't load it up, and make sure surfaces are clean and dry when you apply it.
