Does anybody have a source for good end-grain butcher block counters? Or do you make your own? What kind of wood is used and if you do make your own, what glue do you use?

Hi Eric,
This is like deja vu all over again. Your questions were
completely covered very recently, possibly in the Fine
Woodworking forum. Check that, then go to the archives.
You'll find everything you need to know. If it doesn't work
for you, check back here, someone will remember. Maybe use
the words "Salad Bowl Finish" as keywords in your search.
