I have noticed on a few site that the goverment is advertising for this Energy Star morgages. Low interest rates for the homeowner if you meet the goverment standards for energy efficient homes. Has anyone used this program to attract homeowners? Is it worth the paperwork? We have thought about it as an advertising gimmick to attract customers. Input please.
