I know it doesn't stand up well to UV; boat work I've done, we mixed graphite into the mix because of that, and I've also heard of it being painted. Using it as a finish on something like a deck is a new one on me. Try the West System website.
*b TVMDCAdrian is right: epoxy does not have enough UV blocker to be used as a finished surface but can be dynamite when applied as a sealer under high-quality paint with UV blockers.
