i have a flat concrete roof on my garage which i like to use as a patio. is there an epoxy i can apply with a roller the will seal the concrete? the entire area is about 700 sq. feet.

Zillions... HD (and I'm sure all the big boxes) have Rustoleum garage floor epoxies, otherwise check with a commercial floor supplier for commercial grade stuff.

Be careful, many of them are not rated for exterior use. I believe it is the UV light that breaks them down but not certain.
