Hey guys,
Just wondering what are the pros and cons of using expoxy vs. regular concrete sealer for an attached garage? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I the application for floor paint?
If you're talking about the floor the difference is falling on your rear if it's the slightest bit wet.
My folks had an Epoxy sealed CC garage floor in a house a while back and I hated it. It looked good, and wouldn't stain, but damn if you could walk on it when it was the slightest bit wet.
This was with those little flecks of plastic that are supposed to give you traction. Maybe a sand added to the paint would be better.
I'd forgotten that about epoxy on concrete--when I worked for a bus system, the garage floor was painted with epoxy and in the summer people would slip and fall from just condensation on the concrete!
