I am transitioning from licensed tool belt for hire to G.C. remodeler. At this point one project at a time (bathroom, kitchen, room addition). HOwever, I am currently negotiating a whole house remodel and am realliy seeing the posibility thhat I coud be overlooking things. Would I be wise to get professional estimatig software or would a simple form do me just as well? If software is the answer which one ??
