Source control, ventilation, and filtration are the keys to healthy indoor air quality. Dehumidification is important too.

Unless you are a concrete finisher I wouldn't recommend it. Your timing from start to finish has to be perfect. Not impossible but very tricky to do.
88' is a lot to do in one shot and have it turn out the same. Do you have lots of help? Pour concrete, float, wait till the bleed water starts to disappears, spray on retarder and wait. Time will vary to as when you can start to hose off the concrete. Don't wait to long or you will have one hell of a mess. I would hazzard a guess at say 5 minutes and try a section.
*I had seeded concrete, 1/2 inch multi-colored smooth stones, applied on my entry walkway with brick surround, and header brick spaced every 5 feet. The guy that installed those small pads did the best job of seed that I have ever seen, and many agree. He just sponged off the excess concrete and made the seeds stand up much taller than the seeded work that I have seen elsewhere. The seeds look like they are dancing on the surface since so much of the seed is exposed. Another guy came in later to cut a path across my driveway and apply the same look. He was very qualified and used retarder. He came back later in the day and stiff brushed off the excess, but only the top surface of the seed shows. A much less dimensional look, but acceptable. If it is a walkway, creat expansion breaks down the walk so you don't have to process it so fast if you are going to try to sponge it. Driveway walk picture is in next post to show the difference using the retarder method.
*Sponging allows one to take more of the concrete off around the stones vs the retarder method. Some of the stones will fall out of place when sponging. Just put some more wet cement back in the whole and reset the moved stone. Come back later and re-sponge that area to blend in. Use alot of seed to get a real tight configuration.
