What should be done to exposed exterior concrete walls that are also being exposed to a lot of rain water running down the wall. The interior side of the concrete walls are currently exposed and have some efflorescence on them. The interior might be finished with wood frame, insulation, and drywall in the near future. Should the exposed exterior concrete be sealed, painted, left alone, or what?
