   Randy,

   Take a look at the Taunton books elsewhere on this site. They have some good titles.

   Just what is it that you want to do to the exterior? Most trimmers deal with interior stuff - doors, windows, base and crown, etc.

   Ahh toolbear, you are finally going to figure out that roughers have to know how to finish too! After all, we do all the exterior finish!

   My mentor used to say; "you can make a good finisher out of a rougher, but you can never make a good rougher out of a finisher!"

   Thanks for the reply, Tool Bear. Looking for good books on soffit details, exterior door and window trimming, etc. I have Taunton, "Graphic Guide to Frame Construction", and it's good. I thought that there might be some other books out there that cover this type of exterior finish work. Thanks.
