FanTECH recommedations?

I am planning to install a fan into my old-

house. is there anyone out there that can make a mfr’s recommendation other than FanTECH? I really like the looks of how their systems work-

Did I mention I plan on venting it out the soffit? Any objections to that move? The soffit is currently unvented around the house.
