How do you guys keep your fasteners orgazize. I use a combo of the bucket boss super stackers for the large pail stuff….and a milk crate for the speacialty stuff like trim screws, ss fasteners, cab screws, etc. It’s easy grabbing the usual framing stuff from the BB stackers but what a biatch when it comes down to digging everything out to get a handy pack from the bottom on the milk crate.
What do you guys use to organize your fasteners

several of those stanely compartmentized flat tackel type boxes...

The stanely one's aren't bad but they're plastic and never stood up the abuse I'd give them.
I like the metal boxes with hinged lids, can't recall a brand name, local ACE hardware has them. Two choices in compartment design one has a bunch of small compartments the other has fewer larger compartments. Both around 25 bucks per.
If you're so inclined they also sell a rack to hold them in a van or such for around 100 bucks.
the right size... for the right place...

size wise the Stanely one's are only a little larger then the ones I'm speaking of, and for anything that large I'll use my staking bucket thing.
seperate boxes for different type styles of fasteners...

I have a 5-gallon bucket with 4 6-pocket "parachute bags" in it. (The bucket could easily hold 6 bags.) This is sufficient for a good assortment of nails and deck screws, & the bags work much better (less spillage, easier to carry around) than the typical round plastic trays.
A large plastic flip-top storage/file box contains cut-off 1/2 gallon milk cartons with other screws/nails. If I was ambitious I'd cut a piece of plywood to fit into the box to let it hold two layers.
Biggest problem I used to run into was how much ( 1 lb, 5 lb, etc) of stuff to carry. I decided to carry a small quantity of fasteners to use as backup in case we run out or for really small jobs.
For my backup fasteners Ive broken it down into two categories; framining fasteners and everything else. The framing fasteners ( framing nails (( reg and galv.)), button caps, roofing nails, etc) are in two parachute bags. All the other fasteners (screws, finish nails, anchors, elec., etc,) go into plastic fishing tackle trays that I found at Wal-mart. The trays have adjustable dividers. What I really like about these trays is that the lid has grooves routed in it for the tray dividers to fit up into when the lid is closed. Prevents the fasteners from spilling over into each others compartments when the lid is closed. I keep all the trays in one of those fabric tool boxes. Got lucky, everything fits perfect, and the tool box can zip closed and keep everything together. I also have a larger tupperware tub ( 3-5 gallon??) that 5lb boxes of fasteners will fit in. Use that for all larger sized stuff.
