ENR (Engineering News Record) is interesting if you want to keep up on the big stuff (bridges, dams, skyrises, etc). Includes the occasional nugget that is relavant to light construction as well (like what global/national variables are influencing the price of concrete, steel, lumber, copper, etc.).
