Try using the key words "hanging doors", you'll find what you need. Here's something to get you started:
< Obsolete Link > hanging doors
*Jason,The Doorhanger's Handbook by Gary Katz is a pretty complete guide.$25 at amazon.comDan

Discussion started on remodel job relating to which direction to "run" felt paper (15#) between sheething seethingcedar vertical bat siding.
Seems the original felt paper was installed vertical, and not too carefully or neat at that. Water infiltration into the interior of the wall is evident. This house is 18 years old. Convention tells me that the "felt" should be run horizontal. This should start at the bottom of the wall, with a 4 to 6 inch overlap of the paper.
Input?

Sorry to bother you all, but I had read a thread dealing with door hanging tricks that I now wanted to get back to. However, I can't find it on this board, nor in the archives, or the other FH boards. Can someone point me in the right direction? Or, just start over.
