   If you're looking for pliers-type tools, Sandvik Bahco "World-leading brand name and manufacturer of "muscle-powered tools" - screwdrivers, pliers, saws etc. Owned by Snap On, USA, since 1999. " (quote from their web site) are available from your friendly local Snap On dealer -I don't have one.  Also, Sandvik-Lindstrom tools (small jewelry pliers and such) are available from a lot of web dealers.  I haven't bought any in a long time, but I remember them being expensive but good for electronic applications.
