   Thank you very much for the compliments, it was a very enjoyable project with great homeowners, a very gifted architect and a lot of neat features in the home. It may seem hard to belive but the groined vault and the oval shaped dome were much easier to do than the beam systems that were in other rooms of the house.

   This ceiling was the subject of posts to breaktime in december of 98,was framed and drywalled in January, and painted and finished out in july, The ceiling project sat idle for vast amounts of time in between, being only the entry of a large custom home with many more trick features in this 10,000 square foot home.
