Help! Surely someone out there has a great suggestion for me. We are trying to finish our integral color concrete floors for the house we just built. We want a look that deepens the color (like what you see when you mop the floor). We’ve tried stuff from Home Depot and Lowes that is a penetrating matte finish sealer and a high-gloss “wet-look” sealer, both waterbased. We even tried tung oil. None of them really do the trick.
Any suggestions? I certainly didn’t think it would be this difficult to get the finish look I wanted.

I've use this stuff: http://www.qccanada.ca/products/sealers_main.htm but on exterior colored concrete. It gives a high gloss finish and smells like lacquer. You can mix a special sand like agent in with it if you want a non-slip surface but it kinda puts a damper on the high gloss look. It does tend to deepen the color of the concrete it is applied to. Again though, I have never used it for an interior application. BTW - the stuff ain't cheap :-) I think the QC 18 is ~$135/5 gal and the QC 27 is ~$160/5 gal. If interested, check at a concrete supply speciality store. There is really not much for concrete pros at home centers...
