30″x78″ wood frame storm door leading to porch roof walkout has a screen and 4-pane glass switchable insert for upper 2/3 of door. The door frame (which is always in place) has warped a bit at the bottom outside corner, and does not close completely. Should I take the door off, restore paint, joints, etc-it’s decades old, or buy a new custom at HD for $200(+/-) and finish that. My main problem is how to goose the warped frame flat again. My thought was to use tension/turnbuckle-type hardware to fight the warpage, but installing such a system would not allow me to take the seasonal inserts in and out. Who knows what I’m talking about?
Also, what is the best way to restore the solid wood door sill from weathering? The door mentioned above and sill bullnose are not well protected from weather on the south facade of the house.

I'd probabluy buy a new door since this one is so old. Depends on how much it is warped and what shape the wood fibres are in.
perfect example of how much more important it is to maintain than retrain.

For the weathered solid wood door sill, chisel out the really punky stuff, soak the rest with Minwax or similar rotted wood hardener and replace the missing wood with two-part epoxy made to repair wood. Il ike the Minwax product, but others on this site like another brand that I've forgotten the name of.
Abatron. Both are OK

Thanks, cannot seem to remember "Abatron." Guess I haven't seen it in stores around here.
the turnbuckle hardware is not going to be particularly effective counteracting warp - - if you decide to save the door, a bolster of wood from the warped corner diagonally up to right under the glass/screen panel could do the trick - the bolster should be made with bow counteracting the warp of the door - - or how about moving the stop to match the door?
somewhat less fussy to buy a new unit - tho fitting and hanging doors is a fussy business also, requiring tools and techinque - if you need help, do a search here, and if you have questions, ask politely, I have never seen this forum fail....
