Your best price might come from your local brick yard, although all lumber supply places carry it.
Around here I have never seen lead flashing at a lumberyard or masonry supply.
Lead coated copper is readily available, but on the roof I am completing now, I wanted to make my roof boots from lead, I looked at various lumberyards & roofing supplys- ending up getting lead shower pan material for it from the plumbing supply.
Most roofing suppliers (not the big boxes - specialty stores) can get it for you if they don't stock it, but a plumbers supply is a good alternative.Birth, school, work, death.....................

what will the lead be used for .... and most lumber yards carry it in a roll in different widths.
I'll be flashing around chimneys and where one roof meets siding of main house.
Thanks ..'ll inquire at my lumberyard
Are you putting in the chimney or is it existing, if it is new then the mason should be installing the lead during construction of the chimney as it progresses above the roof line. Also i am a firm believer that step flashing should also be woven between coursesof shingles beneath the lead as the shingles butt to the chimney, if your careful you can leave out a couple nails in the roof shingles around the side edge (or edges)of the chimney and when the time comes that you have your bottom apon already installed you will be able to fold the shingles back install flashing and move up to the next course after nailing the shingle down.I am assuming you know the rest ,and over where the ridge meets the house wrap a piece appropriately over the ridge and last pieces of step flashing on the wall at the top and cover that with a shingle cap also but don`t nail into the lead next to the wall, Carefully slip some tar under the cap if you have to keep that side down if needed.
