Hi,
I just installed two new hanging LED light fixtures in the kitchen of my 250 year old house. To my surprise the lights flicker at a rapid pace. The fixture is controlled by a single on/off switch. I have had two electricians look at the lights but they can’t find the source of the problem. They checked the voltage and it was fine. What do I do now?

I was curious about your problem so I did a Google search. There are many cheap bulbs that are experiencing this problem due to the poor power correction components in the electronic circuitry . https://www.premierltg.com/what-makes-an-led-bulb-flicker-how-to-solve-led-flicker/
The other other possibility is that the flickering could be a power supply issue. The Washington Post article recommended calling one's utility company if one was experiencing flickering when there wasn't a dimmer switch in the circuit.
I'd try a different make of LED bulb to start with.
Check your line voltage. If the voltage is on the low side that could be the cause.
Low Voltage can be the cause of this.
Checking the line voltage can help you. This can be due to low voltage.
