Laying some tile in my bathroom but the floor drops about 1/2 inch over the last 3 feet. I floated it with a product called WEBCRETE which was a Bit** to work because it dries so dang fast. As a matter of fact I mixed it with water to a pasty consistency like the guy told me when I bought it…it sloshed a little bit when I mixed it. Within 40 steps to the bathroom it would nt pouor out of the buck while it was held upside down. Anyway I was upset so I went back and he gave me another one no charge, this time I mixed it to a soupy mix. It worked well but it was hard getting around all the plumbing pipe with my straight edge. So I am 90% level with a few bumps but I need to do one more tomorrow to get it right.
Can I go over this Webcrete with somthing else that is slower drying.? I never knew how hard it is to float a floor level..(My hats off to tile guys). It isnt a big area but the pipes are in the way. Should I just use the same stuff and pour on the soup 1/8 inch.

If your only a 1/8" out, just pick that up with the thinset when you set the tiles.
I've never heard of Webcrete, but I've used pourable self leveling compound several times and it worked well. It has to be mixed exactly according to instructions. All holes in the floor need to be plugged because it will drain through. When placing it it helps to use a tool to push it across the floor, but don't fuss with it, let it level itself.
You are taking a risk by altering the amount of water in the mix. If it has too little it won't flow properly. If it has too much it will cure soft and crumbly and crack as it hardens. Use cold water to extend the working time a bit, never mix with hot water.
