   *I have used some 10,000 squ. ft. of harris tarkett "long strip" and it works great. A 1/8" layer of foam is layed down first and the flooring is glued together as its layed on top of the foam. This flooring can be nailed, glued (can be a mess) or floated. but you must have a flat floor for best results.

   Does anyone have any advice on floating wood floor products? Has anyone tried the Junkers (yonkers) product ed recently in Fine Homebuilding?

   How well does it take dings? Repairability?
