Building 4k plus sq. ft. Georgian with Greek Revival elements, including exterior Juliet balcony over front entrance. Will have walk-out casement window, code wrought-iron rail, columns below. Any suggestions for the floor of the balcony?

Nice details. . . will it have a solid floor over a roof, or a deck type floor open to below??? (better view from below. . . Nah I didn't say that)

*For exterior deck floors I like that 3 or 4 step method of using fiberglas matt embedded in a waterproof matrix of resin. The stuff looks slick--I mean, very good--when completed. It has a nonskid texture and can be colored to whatever you want. If you don't like the look though, you can set tile or wood--on sleepers--right over it.

It will have just one opening, so I can pi-- on you if I see you coming. Nah--I didn't say that. :)
