Hey guys I am here up north building/remolding in my own little world, and normally we sheet rock interior walls mud them and paint , sometimes have ceilings sprayed, so a friend of mind calls me about a ”fixer upper in ”Windermere Park in Orlando thats built in ”05” he is interested to buy and use it as a [ wow! 2nd house] and wants me to take a look at it . Here’s 1 of many of my issues he says the walls have many holes in it and all walls have a like spray coating on them like the ceilings, Is this common in florida and is repairing it the same way as replacing board mudding it and then re-spraying it?Whats the material on it?
Thanks for the help

Can you post a picture? I am in Florida and have no idea what you are talking about. Its not a knock down texture is it? Thats quite common on the walls here.
sorry not that good on the key board , but does BELLA MILANO'' ring a bell ? but I think your rigkt its probably a knock down finish , can they patch that [ after replacing drywall] and repaint itthanks
Sure, you can repair a knock down but it will take some practice and patience to get it blended in well.
looks like a job for a professional
Well, it can be done but does take some skill to make it look good.
