Ok. Before you all get your underwear in a bunch let me explain that this is a 20″ x 48″ top in a 16 year old RV (motor home). I’m changing the sink and this is my chance to replace the old, out dated, worn out Formica top. Removing the counter top is not an option because of the way it was built. Is there some kind of glue or epoxy that will stick to the Formica.

Can do. Here's what Formica says about it.

Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.
Works well if the old stuff is sound and still well-stuck.
Rough it up for some 'tooth'. Regular contact adhesive does the trick.
This is one of the benefits to using laminate- cheap and easy to replace when it gets tired.
I put new formica over the old formica in my Kitchen seven years ago. Used a belt sander to rough up top and face( pretty nasty dust). Used toluene based contact cement. Still looks great!
