got a little problem with a foundation, house about 35 years old, never had gutters, fascia flush with walls, problem is one side of garage add. has sunk 8-10 inches in front corner, besides the obviuos fixes to the eaves and gutters, thinking about just jacking frame up and repouring on top of old, or digging under concrete walls ( which dont have any footings) and jacking and forming for new footings. if anybody has got any info pertaining to something like this would be apreciated thanx
