I have a 100 year old raised foundation house I’m working on. Kind of rare for this area. The place was eaten up by termites and the plates were never bolted to the footing. The HO wants me to repair all the rot and bolt the house to the footing. (900 square feet). This type of thing isn’t my usual bag, but it doesn’t seem tough , just a messy pain in the a–. My question is: Is there a formula for calculating termite repair? Is it more for repairing structural vs. other ? How about bolting down the foundation?

Repeat after me:
"I can't give you a quote, or even an estimate, because it is impossible to determine the extent of the damage without first doint the demolition work."
Unless you're the lead dog, the view just never changes.
In Mexico I was helping paint an old church building. If you scraped the siding too hard termites would fall out.
