Saw Tom Silva gang cut balusters for a stairway. Had it saved on DVR but it was deleted. Can’t find it on youtube, anyone know how its done?

They were 2x2 cedar and he left them in the plastic band that they are shipped in. He staggered them to match the angle that he was cutting and made the cut on one side, put the tape on them and marked the length and cut the other end. That's the one I saw, it was a small deck rail.
Damn, already cut the band!
It would be more accurate to just use a stop on the cutting table anyways.

That's how I'm doing the guardrail, with a stop. Could't remeber how he did it, seemed like a neat trick, a timesaver.
