Folks have a craftmans garage door open. The remote quit working but the indoor pushbutton still operational.
They replaced the batteries. Still doesn’t work but green light on remote shows juice is there.
Does this sound like a code reboot deal or something else?

Make sure the remote is not locked out. some models have a lock feature to prevent radio signals from operating the door. This is usually indicated by a blinking light on the inside wall button
If they have the owners manual there should be a troubleshooting guide near the back.
I just replaced an old opener like that.
On the back of the opener, there was a "learn" button. You had to push it, then hit the remote button within 30 seconds. That told the opener to accept the signal from that particular remote.
Don't know if all craftsman openers were like that, but mine was. It was also a piece of crap - The plastic gears wore out way before they should have.
