I have a gas furnace. When the mixing motot comes on, the pilot blows out. Flue/raincap is clean. When the fan goes on, there is a stong wind from it thought the burner (that’s what blows out the pilot) How do i fix?
Can’t I go 1 day without spilling my coffee?

this doesn't sound good...
look for holes or cracks in yur heat exchanger...
retun too small....
filters plugged...
inadequate fire box ventilation...

If you mean the fan which blows heated air around the house, and if it is blowing the pilot light out and blowing air into the combustion chamber (aka heat exchanger), you almost certainly have a significant crack or hole in your heat exchanger which can lead to carbon monoxide poisoning and even death.
I strongly urge you to turn the furnace off right now and do not use it until it has been checked out by a heating contractor.
I hope I am wrong, but I think not, given what you described.
Please let us know what the heating contractor says.

Mixing motor?
As in forced draft high efficency gas furnace?
Need more information, if it is a 90+ unit.
Dave
The motor that blows the combustion air into the burner (forgive me, I'm green when it comes to these) NOT the motor that blows the conditioned air through the house. It is an old unit, certainly not a 90+.

the settings on the piolet are too low...

Can be a safety causing it to go turn off. Without seeing a scematic on the unit, it would be impossible to even guess at the cause. A pressure switch not making up would be a likely suspect, but that is just a WAG.
Best call a service tech. to trouble shoot for you.

Sounds like you mean the fan assist for the combustion chamber. If you also have a pilot light, it sounds like you have a relatively old "80+" furnace - or perhaps a user modified furnace. Can you post a digital pic of the front with the covers off?I don't know about yours, but my church isn't a hotel for the holy, it's a hospital for sinners

I'm with you, Bob - if it's not a 90+ with a draft inducer pulling air out of the top of the HeatEx, then it must be a combustion assist that is blowing in.
Probably some sort of diffuser has rusted out.
Not an expert, just a guess.
