Could use some ideas, here. My son and daughter are remodeling an old house and replaced the tub and surround. It’s a one-piecer that’s glued on. It seems he used either the wrong adhesive or didn’t get good coverage, because there’s one place that is loose from the wall. It’s loose in this location from the top, down to about a foot off the tub rim. How can we get more adhesive down there? I thought maybe a long extension on a caulking tube might work. Anyone have experience with this?

Tough problem. Only thing I can think of is using a needle syringe and injecting a low-viscosity expoxy into the open space. Would require a fair amount of holes, though. The epoxy would probably self-seal the holes or you could cover them with the kind of stickers kids use (Ever try and get those buggers off a wall?
Try Covert systems Cia Low v.
Good luck!
*can you get to the other side of the wall? possibly could drill holes thru drywall and squirt in some glue, or better yet, remove a patch behind the loose patch, add glue, and replace patch. just a thought. hope this helps. rich.
*Hi Tom,Get a tube of silicone and a caulking gun, puncture the tip and attach a 4 ft. flexible plastic tubing over it. Squeeze the gun until the silicone starts to come out the other end, next you shove the tubing between the top of the lining and down the wall and start squeezing and slowly work it up to the top.Put pressure on the side by wedging a rod or stick from the opposing side, until dry and that should do the trick.Gabe
