I would like to install vertical fiber cement panels over basement walls (framed). But cant find anyone that will sell less than a palet (50 sheets). I only need about 13 sheets. Any ideas anyone? Roger

I don't know where you're located, but most of the building supply outlets I'm familiar with will sell pretty much anything in broken units, it just raises the price per item a little. If your local yards are small and can't keep big inventories, you should be able to get them to special order what you need from their wholesaler.
I agree with Notch. Are you calling retailers or distributors? Are you asking for delivery? Every retail and builder outlet around here will sell any quantity from one piece to a truckload. The only difference is the discount for quantity, and delivery for a large order.
You might try any local contractors that install the stuff. 13 pieces might amount to the left overs from a job. Some might let you have them at cost or free. It depends on you diplomatic skills. Nothing to lose as all they can say is no.
